LOG into the Athlete Zone to access (and amend if necessary) your personal details and of course the MCAA 2009 online ENTRY form;

 

CHOOSE the event or events you wish to enter by clicking in the box; enter your personal best.

 

MAKE a payment using a debit or credit card via the PayPal facility managed for MCAA 2009 by England Athletics;

 

LOG back into your membership record to update your file with details of your payment.
